If you manage rented homes, blocks or business premises across Greater Manchester and north Cheshire, a PrimeFix247 trade account gives you one place for every job: plumbing, locks, electrics, roofing and glazing. Your team logs in to our partner portal, raises the work, and follows it through to the invoice without ringing round for updates.

Inside the partner portal

• Properties and jobs. Store each address with its tenant’s details and how to get in. When something needs doing, choose “send someone” or “quote first”, mark it urgent if it is an emergency, and add your purchase order number.
• Budgets and quotes. Put a ceiling on what a job may cost, keep to the approval limit set for your account, and say yes or no to quotes in the portal.
• Messages and updates. Each job has a thread where photos and files go both ways. Notifications tell you when a quote is waiting, a visit is booked, the engineer is on the way, the job is done and the invoice is ready.
• Invoices and roles. See every invoice and your outstanding balance in one list. Bring in colleagues as admins or agents, and choose whether agents can see prices.
