While you wait

  • Water: turn off the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink, and keep water away from sockets and light fittings.
  • Electrics: if anything is wet, sparking or smells of burning, switch off at the consumer unit, if it is safe to reach.
  • Locks and glass: stay somewhere safe, keep away from broken glass, and if there has been a break-in, report it to the police on 101 (999 if anyone is still there).
  • Roof: move belongings out from under the leak, put down buckets, and don’t go up a ladder in the wind or the dark.

Are you really open at 3am?

Yes. PrimeFix247 Ltd answers emergency calls 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and the rate is the same at night, at weekends and on bank holidays.

How much will it cost?

There is no call-out fee. The first hour is £89, then £45 for each additional half hour, plus any parts, for every trade and at any time. We are not VAT registered, so nothing is added on top.

Which areas do you cover?
