What Prime does here

Tap Prime and he asks what’s happened, your name, a number or email to reach you on, and your postcode. He shows you what he’s about to send, and once you say so, it goes straight to our team, the same as a call-back request. Then a member of the team gets in touch.

Prime doesn’t give advice of his own and he isn’t a person. If it’s urgent, the number is always at the bottom of the chat: 07893 933403.

Why a fox

Foxes are out at night, they’re quick, and they’re at home in the city. That seemed about right for a company that answers at 3am across Manchester.
