Ring 07343 065023. The line is answered by a person every hour of every day. Tell us what is happening and where you are; we will tell you what to do in the meantime, confirm the callout price, and dispatch an engineer. The emergency page explains what to expect.
Planned work and quotes
For anything that can wait, the form below is the quickest route. Tell us what needs doing, roughly where you are and when suits, and we will come back with a written quote or a visit time the same working day. You can also ring during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, on the same number.
Landlords, agents and commercial clients
Use the form and mention the number of properties or the sector. We will put you in touch with the person who handles accounts and contracts. The commercial pages describe what we offer.

Our depot is in Manchester; the address is in the footer. We do not have a public counter, so please ring or write rather than visit. We cover Manchester, Greater Manchester and north Cheshire; the areas pages show where response is fastest.

Within the same working day for messages received before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday morning. If you need someone sooner, ring.
02Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. Quotes for planned work are free and carry no obligation, including a visit to measure or inspect where one is needed. Diagnostic work, where an engineer has to investigate a fault to price the repair, is charged as a callout, and we tell you before booking it.
03Can I ask for a particular engineer?
Yes. If you have had good service from someone and would like them again, say so on the form. We cannot always guarantee it, particularly for emergencies, but we will try.
