What customers say, and about whom
Every review here names the customer and the engineer who did the work. The ratings that count are on our Google Business Profile, where we cannot edit them.

How to read these
We publish reviews with two names on them: the customer who wrote it, and the engineer who did the work. That is deliberate. A review that says a company was good tells you something; a review that says Daniel fixed a burst pipe in Chorlton at midnight and explained what he was doing tells you a great deal more, and it lets you see how each engineer is regarded by the people they have worked for.
Reviews on this page are drawn from Google, Trustpilot, Checkatrade and feedback sent directly to us, and are marked with their source. We do not edit them beyond removing personal details such as full addresses.
The ratings that should carry weight with you are the ones we cannot touch, on our Google Business Profile. Please read those as well, and if we have done work for you, please leave one there. It is the most useful thing a satisfied customer can do for us.

If we have worked for you, a review on Google helps the next person decide. If we have not yet, we would like to.
