Chorlton's Victorian terraces around Beech Road and Chorlton Green are some of the oldest housing stock we cover, and it shows in the pipework. Original lead and galvanised supply runs are still common behind kitchen units, bathrooms have frequently been squeezed into what was once a box room, and single-stack drainage on the older terraces means one blockage can affect the whole run. The area's popularity with young families has also meant a lot of loft and rear extensions in the last decade, each one adding load to plumbing that wasn't designed for it.
We cover all of M21 within roughly 20 minutes of leaving our base, for both planned repairs and call-outs at any hour. Daniel Ashworth and Liam Brennan both know the terraces around Beech Road and Barlow Moor Road well. For blockages specifically see blocked drains, or the main plumbing hub for everything else we cover. Phone 07343 065023 for anything urgent.
Chorlton's terraces cluster tightly along Beech Road, Keppel Road and the roads either side of the Green, and the age of the housing means we see the same faults repeat: perished gate valves under kitchen sinks that haven't been touched since the 1990s, and combi boilers crammed into what used to be a pantry, with flues that need careful routing round bay windows. Rear extensions built in the last ten years have often moved the kitchen and added a downstairs WC, which is usually where we find the newest pipework sitting awkwardly next to the oldest. If a full bathroom repair rather than a refit is what you need, see bathrooms and showers.
